Terms of Service
By using the Future Solutions client portal you agree to the terms below. The terms of any specific consulting engagement are set out in the corresponding signed proposal — those take precedence over these portal terms in case of conflict. Last updated 2026-01-15.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that happens through your account. Notify us immediately at support@roadtofuture.eu if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the portal. You grant Future Solutions a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the engagement services described in the corresponding signed proposal.
Acceptable use
Don't use the portal to send spam, distribute malware, infringe other people's rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that violates these rules.
Billing
Invoices are issued from the portal at the cadence agreed in the signed proposal — typically monthly for ongoing work and on milestone for fixed-fee engagements. Net 14 days, payable by bank transfer; Stripe is available for clients outside the EU.
Closing your account
You can close your portal account at any time by writing to support@roadtofuture.eu. We will retain a backup of the engagement record for 30 days for accidental recovery, then permanently delete it.
