Data we collect
When you sign in we store your email address, your display name and the engagements you have access to. We also keep standard server logs (request method, path, anonymized IP, user agent) for up to 30 days for abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use the data only to operate the portal: authenticate you, show your engagement history, send transactional email and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Sub-processors
Future Solutions relies on the following infrastructure providers. All customer data is processed in the EU.
- Hetzner Online
- Compute and managed databases (Falkenstein, DE)
- Postmark
- Transactional email delivery (US; sub-processor agreement on file)
- Stripe
- Payment processing for clients outside the EU (PCI-DSS Level 1)
Changes to this list are announced 30 days in advance via support@roadtofuture.eu.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@roadtofuture.eu from the email address tied to your account.
