I can't sign in
Most sign-in problems are caused by a typo in the work email or a forgotten password. Use Reset password to receive a new link by email. If you don't yet have an account on the portal, request a discovery call and we'll provision access as part of the engagement.
How an engagement works
After the discovery call we send a written proposal — scope, timeline and a fixed-fee or time-and-materials structure. Once signed, you get portal access where deliverables, status updates and invoices are published throughout the engagement.
Billing
Invoices are issued from the portal at the cadence set in the signed proposal (typically monthly for ongoing work and on milestone for fixed-fee). Net 14, payable by bank transfer; for clients outside the EU we also accept Stripe.
Getting your data
All deliverables shared through the portal can be downloaded at any time. On request we will export the full conversation and document history of an engagement as a single archive.
